Amazing how the Supreme Court issues all these rulings recently where they are like, if people don't like this result, they'll vote in a different Congress to change it. Then they have a giant issue like this and they time their process to miss out on an big election!

This SCOTUS consistently takes the craven route. At least after the election they can gauge more accurately the political winds.
