Put another way, the @BernieSanders @AOC argument is that switching from private insurance doesn’t equal losing your doctor or hospital because Medicare For All would allow everyone to see their provider of choice.

My family has been kept afloat for 15 years because of our insurance. AOC again showing her spoiled and privileged, bourgeois background. And those two statements are not in any way related to each other.

My blood pressure goes up 20 points every time I have to deal with a claim with my insurance company. I hate looking at in network vs. out of network. All these idiots in your comments have to be insurance company schills or russian bots.

She's correct that most people really REALLY dislike insurance based healthcare provision. She's incorrect that most people think the US government would do a better job of providing healthcare.

The US government would not provide the health care under any currently proposed or considered universal system. The US government Medicare program is vastly popular across party lines.
