The problem now is that all hosting providers do not have a small enough enviroments to host it individually for a reasonable price. Like even a raspberry pi is too overpowered for it.

Why stopping at microservice. Try to do it like in 90’s and just ship the static html/forms - if your app is local on the network it will probably be faster than loading all the client state code, and you lose about two orders of magnitudes of complexity on debugging.
