    Have to design and develop with intention from day one before accumulation of technical debt, which is only possible by building a diverse team, being surrounded by diverse advisors, funders, etc. Ergo, all roads lead to talent.

    Emily, while I appreciate the come to Jesus, so to speak, of many former tech zealots - most of whom gained wealth beyond anything most people could even fathom during their run - I’m rather concerned about the “male insider as reformist” trope that has been circulating of late.
