Doug Henwood is just sort of generally scary, but he doesn't like me -- track Doug to me as well, if you like.

This is why you hear about "Jacobinghazi" -- the Bruenig/Kilpatrick/Jacobin part of this first went after Jeong & Kendzior years ago.

So these people start to hook up, communicate, make friends around the election, specifically Sanders. And new grudges start to loop in.

I don't know how it reached Arthur Chu, but he was nice to me, and Weird Twitter has the problem with him. So all of that comes into play.

Folks who went through GamerGate start to publicly note it's similar. GG starts to look at us, posts about us show up on GG forums.

If you're checking, this is now Weird Twitter, a hate group, the staff of a magazine, all trained on some women & PoC they don't like.

And now it's got the momentum. Now it's spiraling. Glenn Greenwald hooks in via Beijer/Breunig at some point. And the grudges multiply...

Now it's out of control. Now it's wildfire. And now there's no telling who pissed off who or how, but if you talk about it, here they come.

To call them "Bernie Bros" is both accurate and inaccurate. They all like Bernie. A LOT. But it all began well before him & isn't about him.

This is the map *I've* been able to draw. Limited. It seems like De Boer, for example, has a whole track record with WoC I wasn't aware of.

So it's not really about the election per se. They do like one candidate. But they have grudges against supporters of several candidates.

When people say "there are ringleaders," when they say "this is about race & gender," it's true. They are familiar faces. It's been years.

What's new is that it's never been this coordinated before, and it's never been this big. Because folks started to team up. That's why.
