I’ll never forget the dr who sent me home from the ED after fainting & called it anxiety. Went to a different ED the next AM. They ran a stroke code & it turned out to be a fucking seizure. At least they listened.

Then there was the dr who wrote off my abdominal pain as ovulation and told me to stop whining. Got a new dr. Turned out to be a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst large enough to make me a candidate for surgery. When it ruptured the pain literally brought me to my knees.

I was told by an ER dr that my unbearable pain was caused by my bra being too tight. He even called in a much older dr who agreed. Went home & thank god my husband made me go back. I had several blood clots in both lungs due2a yet2be diagnosed hereditary blood clotting disorder.

bro I had a doctor refuse to run any tests on me bc he was said my pants were too tight and that was the reason for the numbness and pain I was regularly experiencing
