    To commemorate the 9/11 anniversary, a deputy from the Main Jail placed 70 pounds of chain in a backpack and put on a firefighters mask and helmet. He walked from the basement to the 8th floor, seven times for a total of 116 stories.

    Painting these rocks is a long-standing tradition in El Dorado Hills. Community members often paint them with messages to celebrate birthdays and other important events. On the anniversary of Deputy French’s shooting, they were painted to remember him and his ultimate sacrifice.

    Recently, detectives served a search warrant on a validated gang member and recovered multiple firearms and a rifle. Also recovered were Xanax pills and over $3,000. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.

    Recently, students approached our deputies 2 say hi. Thru convo, they learned the girls were selling candy 2 raise money 2 attend space camp. Deputies were inspired by the girls' cause & bought candy 2 support. If u see us out in the community, come say hi!
