Kavanaugh is clearly not fit for a lifetime SCOTUS appointment. What you can do NOW to fight back: 1) Spend two minutes watching this. 2) Dial: 202-804-8191. Tell your Senator to vote NO on Kavanaugh. 3) Tell 5 friends to do the same.

Kavanaugh refuses to criticize Trump for attacking a judge's Mexican heritage or for calling Ruth Bader Ginsburg an embarrassment. This says everything you need to know about Kavanaugh.

I wrote some of the stolen memos that Brett Kavanaugh lied to the Senate about. He should be impeached, not elevated.

In 2004, Judge distanced himself from the controversial Judge Pryor nomination. He testified—repeatedly—that he “was not involved in handling his nomination.” Thanks to documents released at 3AM this morning, we now know that’s not true.

My client walked out of Rikers Island today after a jury acquitted him of all charges. He waited in jail for his trial for 3 years. He lost his job and missed his son’s first 3 birthdays simply because he couldn’t afford bail. He’s not unique - THIS IS OUR SYSTEM.

Proud of for doing what is right. We need more politicians with a moral compass and a spine.

Oh hey, that's makes yet another unicorn I passed on as a seed deal. My reasoning back in 2010? The $5 million valuation was "too high." Whoops. That said, I did tell it was a kickass product and he wasn't charging enough for it. Cheers to being right about that!

So, yea. Corey Booker just noted that Kavanaugh's name wasn't on Trump's list of potential SCOTUS nominees until after the Mueller probe began. ... and then Kavanaugh said he would not recuse himself if an issue related to the Mueller probe reached the SCOTUS. So there it is.

Again I want to reiterate that there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution or in any case law in our history that says a president can’t be indicted. It is merely memos done by partisan justice departments trying to protect their boss.

If he won’t even answer in writing, it’s not because they’re worried he would lie in the room, the excuse they’ve been giving. It’s because they know truthful answers are incriminating.
