Last job (recently public company, med size, Rails shop) used Lambda in deployment workflows and such. No consideration of it being toylike. Wanted to use to integrate with a Salesforce-adjacent POS (Zuora), but it couldn’t talk to Cloudfront so it couldn’t talk to AWS
