On the other hand if the program was more specific and picky, I’m pretty sure youtubers such as Alex would probably be left out since they would mostly focus on the most financially viable youtubers (who aren’t always the most deserving of a whitelisting, as seen with logan paul)
literally all they need to do to make this shit not broken is set a statute of limitations on strikes but not on content removal. If your video from 4 years ago doesn't fit the guidelines now, it should still be fair game to remove but punishment beyond that is excessive
