Well that works if you *actually* have no real problems only imaginary ones. But I still think having fun & enjoying life beats thinking about death & numbing out

I try to practice thinking about happy things. That’s not stoicism though i’m sure some pop-Stoics do it

AFAIC I'm anti taking painkillers for inconveniences that could help one learn/grow. Unbearable pain that stops them from living life fully is a diff question. Q: is there a psychological-moral equivalent of such pain, can a pandemic be it & can this be an acceptable painkiller.
