It's more COVID19 lit review! This time: does non-invasive ventilation (on CPAP/BIPAP masks) or high-flow nasal cannula therapy really spread disease? Why? And how much?https://srconstantin.github.io/2020/03/22/contagion-risk-from-NIV.html …

Ok so when you get a really bad case of COVID19 you can't breathe and then you die the way to not die is to get on a ventilator but we're gonna run out out of ventilators so what do?

even worse: we're gonna run out of people who know how to put you on a ventilator there are not enough nurses and doctors not even close so even if you build moar ventilators that might not be enough

maybe there's a kind of ventilator you don't have to be a doctor to use? we could maybe build more of those? those are the non-invasive ventilators. no sticking sharp blades down throats. no cutting holes in throats. no cutting holes anywhere.
