What ingredients should go in a Null Cake with a minimum of caloric reality? So far I have allulose, monkfruit, oat fiber... but surely there are less real substitutes for eggs and oil than just unsweetened applesauce or "egg replacer".

(All the online "diet" recipes I'm finding are weirdly insistent on using real ingredients where fake ones would do better. Like they don't just straight-up replace sugar with allulose.)

Huh. Looks like more than just 0.4g/kg bodyweight of allulose or 0.7g/kg of erythritol will cause gastrointestinal discomfort. In no doubt unrelated news, I seem to be suffering some gastrointestinal discomfort right now

Now attempting to bake a cake with literally zero calories. Oat fiber, erythritol, allulose, monk fruit sweeter, baking soda, lime juice. Let's be clear, I don't expect this to work. I'm just so curious about what exactly will go wrong.
