It's hard to improve something which you don't understand. So to actually improve many things we need to understand why now they are what they are.

You could write good literature and make movies - in theory You could recognize that they are low motives and become good at not letting it manipulate you You could use it to market you stuff - manosphere, Jordan Peterson, fitness gurus are good examples
