Well you should be able to get a ballpark figure this is all somewhat approximate. If your hourly net salary is $100 and you have freelancing for $150/hr then you could just average them and call it $125, then maybe divide by 2 and say your time is worth $60/hr

i.e. you should pay $60 to avoid spending 1 hour doing some useless and unpleasant task like filling in forms (assuming the task gets done equally well), so that you can spend it relaxing or doing some freelancing, or save less. Ofc such general rules can only be approximate!
