Newbie mistakes are a thing, I’ve made them, but the right way to deal with them is to apologize, pay your debts, and put a system in place so you never make that mistake again.
Yep. I think, by # of people, most business fraud is due to incompetence; if you’re sufficiently disorganized you’ll break your promises to your employees and customers.
