yeah, the *super* large funds seem to hit a ceiling of the total value created in VC-backed companies*. * I don't count softbank-style megadeals as VC.

In general returns tend to suffer as any vehicle scales. I bet Buffet would still be making 30% a year if his fund was $10mil.
