In the US, increased health insurance subsidy/tax relief for small companies / entrepreneurs say company size < ~12 people. I'd expect higher new business formation rate to have downstream positive effects in productivity.

In energy it seems clear to me that entrenched interests and a lack of innovation, especially in nuclear fission energy are the problem. Not sure how to translate that into a narrow policy change though. Maybe think about how to value and fund innovation.

A good generation IV nuclear fission design is worth trillions to the world and would solve the majority of our energy problems. Yet it's not really being worked on very hard, backed up behind a pile of red tape. So frustrating!
