There is no such thing as 'being entertained'. Something is only entertaining when one is engaged. Engagement is active: it's something *you do* instead of done *to you*.

Watching TV feels like a break where you're being entertained. Actually, it's a break because you're thinking about something else. It's easy to do focused work all day if you switch up what you're focused on (if they're different enough things).
