That seems like one of the hardest problems to solve - there is NO technical solution, you have to actually remake society at least locally, or alter your personality, or something...

first of all, there are medical treatments for Cushing's, though the side effects aren't great. second of all, homeschooling + opting out of a lot of enervating institutions is actually accessible for some families. avoiding phthalates isn't.
