I'm deeply confused by the worldwide drop in testosterone levels & sperm counts. It's a *huge* effect, too big to be explained by obesity. The most common explanation I see proposed is environmental contaminants. But I don't know if that's true, or which contaminants matter most.

No idea. TBH, I think that, if it were important, it should've been already studied and identified. It makes too much sense. Only reason why lack of findings would be that there might be many confounders in a long term study. Other brainstorming idea: diet composition changes.

Diet, diet, diet — stress, environmental factors, social, etc. all play a part, but DIET is the biggest culprit by far.
