So many Korean/Chinese players win-trade to hit 200 wins on NA and play ladder-wildcard qualifier. Why is this okay?

@sWsc2 It can be hard to get games?I remember watching sacsri and it took him forever just BC of wait times
@arianity2 ive gotten free wins from them quitting vs me, i.e. they are doing this when they could just be beating NA players instead

@sWsc2 ahh, that's pretty lame. too bad blizz can't do too much. if blizz try to enforce, they could just tank MMR or to play mas/dia or w/eThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
