very well written. I agree wholeheartedly. Excluding people without the chance for redemption creates negative outcomes and sows anger and resentment.

I've realized that personally I do a horrible job at taking criticism in the moment, but I reflect and grow really well so whilst I may make the wrong decision in the moment, I tend to realize it and correct the behavior going forward. Shout out
