Im not a constitutional lawyer however he did say its unconstitutional to charge a sitting president with a crime .... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 maybe just maybe they need to look into that because its obvious trump committed a crime and they dont want to bring him charge him ... cowards

Hmm Mueller refuses to testify, can't find a crime so lets move on and let the votes stand 2 1/2 years for what? all a hoax on the Dem's and a Trump hater Mueller who cost the tax payers 35 million dollars when he knew early on Trump was innocent. They must pay!

I find it interesting Mueller states that a sitting President can not be charged with a Federal crime, specifically. So, does this mean a sitting President CAN be charged with a State crime? Such as the charges being considered by the Southern District of NY State?

This is the first declaration as such we've heard (from anyone). But Mueller is not the arbiter of constitutionality, and it is strange that he puts this out as if it is a simple fact.
