That race sounds like a clown car of an election to begin with, but only the Intercept can turn it into something nefarious.
You haven’t read the story if you think we turned it into something nefarious. We covered it as a clown car pileup but the view of the intercept is so fixed that it’s just assumed we went conspiracy or something. Read it and tell me what you think.

I did read it. I only partly agree - there was clown car stuff, but there was also some trying very hard to pin silly stuff on the DCCC (i.e. the website template bit).

And this is the second one in a week that I'm aware of - there was the CO-06 story last week that you guys way oversold. These kinds of stories are why people get a fixed view of the Intercept and won't move off of it.

yes, the 'view of the intercept is so fixed'. It's clear you guys are on a mission to attack the DCCC at all costs. Nobody thinks it was a conspiracy, people just rightly believe that you were sloppy & did almost no verification bc it was 'too good'.
