Affluent Northern Virginia is THE demographic that establishment Democrats aim for. Top 10%ers that are economically secure so they don't get worked up over entitlement reform but have the luxury to get activated largely over indentity politics issues. Hence Kaine and Warner.

All they DO is PRETEND... Another tactic is spreading around the needed votes for polices AGAINST the PEOPLE... They vote JUST enough to pass the horrible bills--and the "rising stars" vote correctly so they can MESS US OVER when they GET IN
