In a way, my first tweet was unfair. I did yesterday negotiate that. I was reacting to the hounding, threats of arrest & bail I had no HOPE of raising, & fear of incarceration. (I'm autistic.) So there is a way out. But its path is lined with threats, intimidation, & fear.

Imprisoning the sick and the poor who can’t pay their medical bills is savage. When suicide is a person’s only way out of a hellscape, you live in a horrible place. This country has lost its soul. We’re seeing the inevitable collapse of empire which is now devouring itself.

How can you discount mental illness as the ONLY reason a guy would do this ; That said, why would you then blame the police department for this man taking his own life ? Everyone is not a victim of “the man”. Sheesh.

Health care for profit is insane. Co-pays and deductibles disproportionately hurt the poor. The only answer is Single Payer, socialized medicine for all.
