Candidates definitely should listen to the DCCC, which did such a great job in 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016

They gained seats in 12 and 16
-
it would have been statistically impossible in those years to do worse than they had in '10 and '14
-
This is their record, not including 2016 (which was also bad). It stinks on ice. The DCCC, like the rest of
@TheDemocrats , gets paid to lose.pic.twitter.com/bOntu7E7zO

Medicare For All is the way we will all access healthcare in the future. The Democrats can decide to be the party that implements it, or the party that is replaced by the people that will implement it.
-
You don’t have the mandate
-
Yes we do, multiple polls show majority support. Also, Medicare For All proponents control more than enough votes to totally shut the Democratic Party out of elections. Do you want to win? Adopt MFA. Want to lose? Use words like "access" and "coverage" and cash industry checks.

Please show me where it panned single payer. I'm still waking up here and can't seem to find it other than likely Republican attack points which are all true. Thanks in advance.
-
This is a great question. Fact is those will absolutely be GOP attack points, as well as questions from many Dems, and even the biggest proponents of SP seem unable to defend them with decent arguments.
-
Yes but. DCCC illustrating expected GOP attack points = DCCC attacking single payer. This is like saying an oncologist supports cancer.
-
I don't support it but I guess I am a shitty liberal then

Any evidence you can point to that proves that anyone
@theintercept is racist/misogynist? Genuinely curious. -
LOL - don't hold your breath. She is one of those who throw the racist/sexist accusations around with reckless abandon.
-
Figured, but thought I'd still ask. It's pretty annoying seeing people using racism/sexism as a political attack which cheapens it when it actually happens.

I appreciate the baseless ad hominem attack, but can you answer my original question?
-
She muted you. She is like some slime creature that rises out of the muck, shoots a poisoned dart from its maw, then sinks back down into the muck to await its next victim.

Also, the text of article indicates the primary focus of this polling memo was centered on 52 battleground districts and would therefore not indicate a universal conclusion.
-
You do realize that single payer won't be accepted by everyone, right? That the entirety of the USA is not composed of a bunch of liberal and progressive college graduates in Georgetown, Berkeley and hipster parts of Brooklyn. Right?
-
I don't think people realize single payer is only ONE form of universal healthcare, and it's not even the most prevalent form throughout the world. Just b/c single payer isn't popular certainly doesn't mean the DCCC is panning universal healthcare entirely.
