The two significant developments since then: Sanders claiming credit for action on Russia by claiming this week that Mattes was on his staff (he wasn’t) and that in a staff capacity, Mattes had been in touch with the Clinton campaign (he wasn’t)

Bernie being Bernie. I want to find the footage of him saying his NV offices had been vandalized/shot at-implying it was NV DEM Party. NV's sheriff department was like, "ummm, no." He used the alleged attack on his offices to justify his supporters violent actions at the caucus.

He only used that excuse AFTER he first denied that his supporters became violent at the Nevada caucus. His lies and denials about informing the Clinton campaign about Russian meddling is following the same pattern.

Are you saying for some reason that makes it okay? Why does everyone feel such pressure to cover for him? Especially now that we know all the "energy and enthusiasm" was all Russian bots, not American voters.

Your well-researched article also said it was several FB admins (with Mattes) who noticed something off in early 2016. And since it was the job of Hector Sigala (Sanders' Social Media Director) to connect with all these organic FB groups & who noticed too, something doesn't jibe.
