DNC response is that they raised more this off-year than in an average off year over the last decade, except 2011, and are making significant investments on the ground.

They say they are not borrowing to meet payroll and pay rent. Okay, but they borrowed more the last quarter by several million $$ than they now have cash on hand. So without borrowing they’d be in the red.

I don't think there is an until for me..

good news is you can still donate to individual candidates and volunteer to spread the word of mouth about who's on our side (and who's not).
-
Just 4 consideration...We do not even NEED political parties....they we're created as a tool 2 ÷ the People...End... Bottom Line. We need to get rid of parties all together and VOTE the POTUS, & WE Vote VP. THEN, the People Truly have the power.
-
well considered here http://putpeopleoverprofit.org interesting idea of having a separate ticket for VP, i would have to consider if it can work under current constitutional definition of the EC, but we moved the Senate to popular vote... so why not?

This is how we’re gonna fuck up the midterms, huh?

Doesn't help but the individual candidate fundraising is a better picturehttps://www.opensecrets.org/overview/index.php …

I was going to say, I'm betting people are donating directly to candidates.
-
When they became the party of "it does not matter if candidate: is prochoice, or understands POC issues, or fights for human rights, healthcare, judicial justice, environmental issues and more - I quit donating. I donate directly to the candidate now and
#ActBlue gets the tip. -
Mmm. Also probably worth remembering that the RNC probably isn't getting contributions from rank and file. The reason they have that big surplus is the likes of the Koch brothers/super rich who support them. If they analysed it, I bet they'd find a few big donations.
-
I am donating directly to candidates this year: so far
@MarcForPA,@ConorLambPA,@DougJones and there will be more. -
I am -
@kathieallenmd@JanzforCongress@AndyKimNJ@BetoORourke@MikeLevinCA@AllisonforMD and several more. I send a few dollars as I can.@TrueFactsStated started this!
