I want to think this idiocy is an aberration, but it’s really just a distilled version of the consensus. Friedman is now openly celebrating a war criminal in the midst of the mass starvation he is causing.https://www.nytimes.com/2017/11/23/opinion/saudi-prince-mbs-arab-spring.html …

Friedman has become a Saudi kiss ass, how in the world could anyone praise Crown Prince Bin Salman? This 32 year old is a barbaric ruthless killer responsible for the starvation and indiscriminate bombardment of civilians in Yemen, he should be tried at The Hague for genocide

I do recommend reading the comments. The NYT pick and many of the top Reader's Picks are fairly damming, yet not all! Without seeing this tweet I wouldn't have read the whole thing. I'd tried earlier and decided it such a poor show I'd sacked it off. It is such bad form!

Tom Friedman was the "suck on this" guy. He literally said that on TV in reference to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. He's very sick, and again defending a war criminal. This is just more proof of what the NYT has become.
