She shouldn't even bother running at this point. She's outgunned on name recognition by the other prospective and declared candidates, she has a Blue Dog Dem past that'll be hard to shake, and this shit isn't inspiring to anyone.

The only reason the 60 has stayed on bills is because that’s what is required for sweeping progressive reform. Republicans just want to pack the courts and cut safety nets, not expand them. McConnell knows what he’s doing. He’s the embodiment of evil. Don’t fall for his games.

It was removed by the Republican-controlled Senate. Again, all they want to do is pack the courts and cut safety nets. Their agenda is almost entirely uninterrupted by keeping the filibuster on policy intact, and it gives McConnell a court-of-public-opinion chip to play.
