Basically that’s gives them a pass. Not smart. This is why we lose so much ground to the GOP. They’re carnivores & we play too nice. This isn’t just any issue, it’s a defining issue for what kind of country we wil be.

The other possibility is that the Dem elites want the Repub policies to go through while they faux
#resist They’re vested in the same outcomes because they benefit in the same fashion. Trump tax cut benefits Pelosi & Schumer just as much as it does Paul Ryan & Mitch McConnell -
True but they're also just fat and happy with things the way they are. They don't want all the work it would take to actually turn the Dem Party back into the fighting machine it would take to win again
-
Not just the work but a shift in ideology. From donor centric to people centric in word & deed. Fat and happy w/pink hats is a good way to describe them. Willing to talk vague platitudes all day. But nothing too specific & make sure all progressive action if done, is incremental
-
Agreed, has nothing to do with work. As we can see,
#Russiagate has taken ample amounts of energy (and has successfully detracted who lost the election) -
Imagine the outrage if there was evidence of Russia having purged 126,000 voters from the NY primary. Estimates have the statewide total over 200k, but that seems far understated. Here’s the funny parts, it really happened, but it was the NY BOE-NOT Russia & NO investigation
-
I'm waiting on the evidence. Been almost two years
-
All the sane ppl will be waiting for a long time. The proof of Russiagate is buried w/the WMDs they couldn’t find in Iraq. Meanwhile the House just passed another $3 Trillion tax cut.

You're making a BIG mistake,
@TomPerez. We'll push those Dems out w/primary challengers if they support Kavanaguh, & you WON'T be able to count on our support in the future if you pull this b.s. We'll primary the whole sorry lot who support Kavanaugh & we'll cease supporting DNC. -
If you take us for granted & let Dem officials betray us, then you can watch our support for you evaporate. We'll drive you all out & replace you w/people who have the GUTS & INTEGRITY to actually do the right thing. No more of this pandering, weak, tepid b.s.
-
This is a horrible take.

Since you’re name is K-Rock & you have that thoughtful, trustworthy avatar face, I guess I’ll instantly take your trite 5-word response seriously, then. Or maybe I’ll just block you because you sound like a flippant troll. Bye.

I think it would be better to encourage people to run for office, and work on replacing the career politicians with new blood using the existing political infrastructure.
-
We need a third party. And we actually have many third parties. Instead of threatening a Demexit, just stop voting for them unless they have the balls and progressiveness we require. Otherwise vote for someone who does.

Business as usual at the DNC.

I have never backed the DNC which is why I couldn't back HRC. Send the money directly to the candidates:
@BetoORourke@staceyabrams are my top two. The only thing I'm grateful for is that Keith Ellison didn't get the post. -
Your not backing hrc helped us get here
-
Easy, tiger! Not backing her doesn’t mean I didn’t vote for her. I supported Bernie and then I held my nose and voted for Hillary.
