Replying to @ryangrim @glenntenney
This characterization of
@SenFeinstein's actions has been directly refuted by Ms. Ford's attorney and is irresponsible and misleading.1 reply 12 retweets 33 likes -
Annette, I respect you a great deal and believe that you must be correct, but I’m in a quandary: I’ve reread the Intercept piece and don’t see anything about Feinstein’s actions. What did I miss?

Glenn, the piece has now been edited. To me, the original suggested that
@SenFeinstein was either strategic in delaying release (Republican narrative) or trying to deter Ms. Ford (“progressive” narrative) when the Senator was merely respecting Ms. Ford’s privacy.3 replies 3 retweets 25 likes -

And I tried to verify the original text in waybackmachine, but despite numerous captures they are all 404 errors and the original text cannot be independently verified from that source.

it’s been updated at the bottom, that’s all

That’s not what it says but I’d be happy to look at a redline and apologize if my original take was wrong. Meanwhile, why not find out if Cyrus Sanai has a copy somewhere of the Alex Kozinski “stuff” folder and if it shows Kavanaugh was on the dirty jokes mailing list?

Oh, I thought you were referring to a different story. This was only changed to add a quote from grassley.
