This is Trump-level outrageous. The Civil Rights Division of USDoJ (under Eric Holder) comprehensively investigated the shooting of Michael Brown. Conclusion: "no credible evidence that Wilson willfully shot Brown as he was attempting to surrender." Therefore not murder.

Here's the full report. https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/opa/press-releases/attachments/2015/03/04/doj_report_on_shooting_of_michael_brown_1.pdf … Demanding that an innocent man be indicted for murder is inexcusable. It's just like Trump's behavior in the Central Park Five case. No worse way for a reform prosecutor to begin his tenure than bringing unjustified murder charges.

1. I didn’t make any demands, just noting he was never charged so could be. 2. Calling him “an innocent man” is wild.
-
If he wasn't charged because he shouldn't have been charged, then pointing out that he could be charged is outrageous. He's innocent of murder if his actions didn't constitute murder. You don't have to think he's a nice guy to defend him from a false charge.
-
Again, you're acting just like Trump and Giuliani. When it turned out the Central Park Five were innocent of rape, they pointed out that the victims of that miscarriage of justice weren't entirely innocent.
-
Have you read the Civil Rights Division report? Do you think the lawyers and investigators in that group covered up a homicide?

Wouldn't this be difficult given DOJ report essentially calling it a justified shooting? (Real question, not trolling.)
