Medicare for all will cost $3,200 trillion dollars -- that's $3.2 quadrillion -- over the next millennium, according to a study performed by @AlexEmmons. How are you going to pay for that???? Better to just die in a gutter probably.

What about the lifetime of universe? The cost of healthcare vs. the half-life of subatomic particles. We'd be better off with 6 billion aircraft carriers, including ones with giant legs to invade landlocked countries.

What is the total dollar amount of all of the private medical insurance premiums currently being paid in our economy? That would be the first fact to determine. Go for it Ryan, you are the investigative journalist.

If the $4 quadrillion currently paid for our private system would fund Medicare for all, then it is just a matter of implementing a more equitable, humane economic system that provides basic needs to all of the people. We may have to cut off the kleptocracy to do that.

If one doctor has to take a pay cut, this is a no go. We must support this tiered caste system where poor people die early of preventable disease to that current medical staff don't feel any disruption.

If we can buy a 1 millennium contract on it then it will be exceedingly cheap if we assume continual inflation of 2% for around a millennium. Balloon payment on back end.
