For reporters looking to write about a Democratic "civil war," it's worth noting the near-total absence of attacks from the left on Conor Lamb. I've seen barely any objection to the way he's run in PA--nowhere near the level of scorn thrown at @Ocasio2018 from the center-left...

There is also no shortage of national targets for online anger, if you're a registered Dem. Much healthier to shout at Schumer/Pelosi than Lamb/Doug Jones
-
Why don't you shout at the Rs? Honest q.
-
People in my DSA chapter were the ones who shouted DHS Secretary Nielsen of the restaurant, so I don't have a clue what you're talking about. This isn't an honest q.

I'd also point out that he won in what was a red district (for now). To move the party left, attacks should be directed at Dems who are to the right of their constituents. Crowley is a perfect example, Lamb is not.
-
FWIW his district just got much bluer and his margins have only grown. He's even gaining liberal support.
-
Then the activists in his district should make it clear that if he doesn't vote in line with their politics that they'll primary him. And follow through if he balks.
-
No he's doing just fine and reflects the people he's representing. My broader point was that substantively there's little disagreement among Dems.

He won a primary Ocasio did also but Mr. Crowley is still lurking in the shadows with plenty of dark money... so I believe a narrative is being formed to explain an independent run by him on 3rd ballot.

LOL, no, that isn't part of it at all. Man, you're completely willing to misrepresent yourself to make the most trivial of points.
