Here’s one thing on the tipped minimum wage. Servers/bartenders are required to come early and stay late to do “side work” like fill salt and pepper shakers, then clean up, etc. I always hated knowing I was getting $2.13/hr to do that. Pay a real wage or fill ur own salt shaker

Pretty sure that that work time would have been subject to standard minimum wage under the law. (of course that doesn't mean the restaurant would have followed it)

Yeah but it’s close: an hour of a 5 hour shift would be 20%.
