(3/3)You’re already in office. You’ve got a megaphone. Use it. Use your power and reach to do what is best, not what the party establishment tells you to. You don’t have to play their game. You can be at the forefront of this.

I appreciate your perspective and I admire your service to our country and willingness to run! I have called out Schumer, endorsed against Feinstein, and taken positions contrary to the establishment. On this race, we have a different opinion. Respect your desire to bring change.

What's your opinion, that grassroots progressives don't deserve a fair shot against your corporate backed colleagues? You could have withheld endorsing until after the Primary, this is totally unnecessary and does nothing but hurt the working class movement

Not to mention, you literally came into Congress by challenging a Democrat who was endorsed by Obama and Clinton the first time you challenged him but not the second time, which is the race you won. So clearly, you're not opposed to Democrats primarying Democrats...except here

I am not opposed to the primary challenge at all, and have said that these types of challenges make the party stronger! I have explained my reason for giving a quote for Crowley.

People should understand that Crowley is chair of the Democratic caucus and a potential Speaker with power over committee assignments, which are important for members who want to influence legislation. Not defending, just putting in context.

basically it his way or the highway, honestly, Idk why people get mad when congress members endorse other congress members, you work with them 24/7 and having a bad relationship with fellow members isn't good for your district or yourself personally.

But you won't have to work with him anymore if he gets beaten by an actual progressive. Then you get to work with a progressive! Some of us care about policy, not good or bad "relationships"

Endorsing a challenge to a top member of leadership would be considered by the rest of leadership to be a blow against them too. Which, maybe that’s what’s needed, but leadership can crush everything you care about, things that matter to the people you represent.
