    WOO! Congratulations! I've always said that 300k seems to be the breakpoint. If you can make that without spending it all, you can just do it a few more times and BAM, you got a million, and if you ever need more, just do that again. :)

    Update: TX is finally back to tshirt weather. Lost power in half my apartment (electricity is weird), & haven't had water in a week, but everything is back to normal. Took the week as a reset & learned more on stock trading. But back to PW:Flip & content. One server has 300k!
