C’mon it’s a good gag! (BTW a good DJ would respond ‘OK then, I’ll play it within the next 30 days’..)

I feel you. Dealing with it at work, a non profit where I'm on the board (not even side job as I'm not paid) and so many friends are, too.

:). (I’m going to argue that my legal basis for this joke was legitimate interests.)

At this point stage I'd recommend Public Interest.

Do you know a good person who can help me make sense of GDPR? Yes. Great, can you put me in touch with them? No.

Yep, there is that... Ask me again in a little while - I am a data person and still have to work out what GDPR precisely means for my organisation (we have a few interesting grey areas that are somewhat open to interpretation).

This joke depends on people knowing the identity of the artist behind “Love to Hate You”, which I for one had no idea about. So I sat there for a while not getting what was funny about this. But after googling it I agree that this joke is legitimately funny.

Asaf et al., if I'm being honest, I too had no idea about the artist behind "Love to Hate You" until yesterday. Happy to know I'm not the only non-pop-cultured kid on the block, but I still remain in search of GDPR jokes, including, especially, the ones I initially don't get. : )
