I couldn’t agree more. Arne Duncan is not a teacher ally as he claims to be. His policies while Secretary only prove it.
It has been deplorable for the last forty years. The fact that our children have been neglected was an inconvenient truth adults refused to acknowledge because of their own preoccupations and ephemeral desires. CHILDREN FIRST!
