Oh, sorry, I didn't see these messages. You need the folder these dlls are in, in your PATH environment variable.

This used to work, but they broke it at some point. It's bad as other tools like rustfmt don't work on Windows anymore either

You need to put the folder of the nightly rustc DLLs into your PATH manually for it to work.
