Oh, sorry, I didn't see these messages. You need the folder these dlls are in, in your PATH environment variable.
It doesn't? I know at least one person who uses it on Windows daily; maybe they're on an older version?

You need to put the folder of the nightly rustc DLLs into your PATH manually for it to work.
