Tried @rustlang. It itself is nice, but ecosystem is immature - too many "oh, Rust is cool, oh, I lost interest" libraries + dependency hell
Different people mean different things by "dependency hell", what kind did you run into?

API defined by version number leading to different libraries pinning different (and often outdated) versions of the same library.

The Cargo ecosystem needs BCPs, API stability and weed out unmaintained crates. Dust needs to settle. Don't end up like Ruby, please?

Curious on this too. Dependencies suck in all languages, but compared to Java and even Go, Rust has been a breath of fresh air w/r/t deps
