"4!" Is a factorial and it means get the product of that and the integers below it. So 4 * 3 * 2 * 1 = 24
Which having typed that out and looking back at the function, I grok it a bit more
OK, now the only bit that is opaque to me is the first argument to `fold`, I suspect that is step (iterate over every <step> values)? `acc` is accumulated result, not sure where it's set however... presumably the return is implicitly assigned to what becomes the first argument.
