Basically I want to have a situation where you create a eBPF project that provides friendly libraries/macros and then `cargo build` just outputs your eBPF program. Then make a user-space library for loading/interacting with it

I was just reading that! I'd really like to avoid the intermediate step where you have rustc emit llvm ir and have it just emit a BPF program though. Sort of like this: https://fortanix.com/products/runtime-encryption/edp/ … except not for sgx. Not sure how much of a lift it'll be
