If that sucks, you don't wanna start with C++17

Can rustlang programs run through LTO and be stripped out of symbols?

ThinLTO is soon to be enabled by default in release builds. LTO is a compiler option that you can configure, same with debug symbols. As for stripping, this is more a property of the `strip` tool than a property of a programming language. Any binary can be stripped by strip.

Michael, I'm not 100% sure about that, but from what I saw, it's easier to reverse golang/rust than C++. Eventually _any_ binary can be reversed, but there's a question of cost and efforts. A lot of reversers will give up if it's too much time consuming

Golang (and I believe rust too) have reflection support so it must be easier at some point. But don't get me wrong - I think both languages are great, and for "in house" tools I use golang myself.

Rust does compile time reflection only, really.
