Played a bit with Corrode, but it had some way to go. Doesn't seem impossible one could find enough bugs for full-time manual translators though... Wouldn't surprise me if someone unscrupulous is already at it as shady zero-day sales can probably pay magnitudes more

We are making a lot of progress on C2Rust and just this week we were able to automatically translate all of the Lua interpreter to Rust and pass the entire test suite (will blog about this soon). We are also building a scriptable refactoring tool that helps you get to safer Rust!
