I join a group of people who think the naming of "str slice" in &'static str is misleading, inconsistent, or not the best option. If "stored in the binary output" was the reason, `let a [u8;3] = [1,3,2];'` is also a slice. @rustlang advice?

&[T] and &str have the same memory representations, both are slices.

That other example is an array, not a slice
